Rick Cartwright is the Director of Product Development and Innovation at Henny Penny, a leading manufacturer of high-quality food service equipment. He is an experienced innovation leader with more than 39 years of experience in the foodservice and food retail industry. Prior to Henny Penny, Rick served in various leadership position at ITW Food Equipment Group, including VP/GM and was responsible for the design, manufacturing, and marketing of foodservice equipment. He served on the Board of Trustees for the Troy, Ohio United Way for six years and currently serves on the board for Child Care Choices.
