My business partner and I started Catapult Creative at the beginning of 2013 and have had numerous successes alongside inevitable growing pains. Our business focus is to provide branding, web, design and video services and we have provided these services for Global brands down to some of our local small businesses and local organizations.

Our talk will focus on "Growing at a pace you can afford" -- This talk will be about tips and pitfalls I've learned as a business owner when navigating the question of how fast is too fast to grow your business. The people you hire will ultimately make or break your company and it's important to be realistic about how fast you can grow without burning out. This will cover finding/acquiring the right employees, pairing employee strengths with your management style and how to maximize the talents of the employees you have by creating a strong work culture.
